UBB-D Series

UBB-D Series double servo hybrid press brake, developed by DERATECH, is a proprietary patented product (2017112435900) of our company. With a set of servo motors and servo pumps on both the left and right sides, it controls the smooth operation of the Y1 and Y2 axes, providing faster response speed.

High efficiency, and fast speed: By using two independent servo motors to control the slide block and advanced hydraulic circuitry, the working speed of the slide block is increased, reducing response time and improving efficiency.
Energy-saving: With dual servos and dual oil tanks, it saves approximately 50% of oil consumption compared to traditional hydraulic bending machines, while also prolonging the usage time of hydraulic oil.
Low noise: The use of dual servos significantly reduces noise during production.
