FD series fully automatic flatbed die cutting and creasing machine is typically designed to produce various paper packaging products such as pharmaceutical boxes, envelopes, paper cups, paper bowls, gift bags, etc. It combines die cutting with embossing function which can create unique patterns that are required by high grade paper products. The flatbed die cutter is capable of accomplishing roll paper creasing, die cutting and automatic collecting of finished products.
This flatbed die cutting and creasing machine features configurations of microcomputer control, servo positioning, AC drive, automatic counting unit, manual/pneumatic die chase locking mechanism, photoelectric sensor alignment system, electromagnetic clutch, centralized lubrication system, overload protection and exclusive transmission unit, providing stable running of unwinding and conveying, precise positioning and smooth finished products collection. All electrical parts and key components are imported from world’s well-known brands, ensuring that the machine installation is maintained at a stable pressure, precise position and steady movement with high safety and reliability.
