To maximize productivity, the machine is equipped with advanced features such as a pre-coded paper mechanism, an auxiliary paper collection system, and manual sampling functions. - Feeder
Equipped with a high-precision four-suction, five-feed feeder head, the feeder adapts to thin paper, paperboard, and corrugated cardboard, ensuring consistent feeding even at high speeds. A gantry-type pre-feed system alternates between the main and auxiliary paper feed tables, ensuring smooth and non-stop production.
- Feeding Structure
Utilizes a dual-purpose push-pull side lay system for stable sheet positioning at high speeds. A rapid adjustment mechanism for the feeding wheels further enhances efficiency.
- Deep Pressure Embossing Die Cutting Unit
Features a deformation-resistant, heat-resistant cast iron honeycomb plate and a pressure adjustment system with 12 independently controlled heating zones. This design guarantees an effective embossing effect while maintaining precise die cutting.
- Delivery Station
Uses a brush and rear air-blowing system to maintain stable sheet alignment. It is equipped with an electric auxiliary paper collection system for continuous production and a pneumatic sampling function for real-time quality checks. An optional counting and marking (tab insertion) feature is available for added convenience.
- Vacuum Pump
Outfitted with a BECKER vacuum pump from Germany, the machine uses electrical and transmission components from globally recognized brands such as ABB, SMC, iWiS, Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Fuji Electric, YASKAWA, OMPI, BECKER, etc. The electrical cabinet is cooled by industrial air conditioning, ensuring stable, continuous operation.
- HMI Interface
The HMI interface allows operators to monitor real-time machine status, display fault notifications, and access troubleshooting methods, making operation straightforward and efficient.
