YLD-3/YLD-5
Hard-bearing balancing machine for workpiece with diameter of up to 200mm and weight of 0.2-3kg
These hard-bearing vertical machines are widely used for disc-shaped parts in the automotive and motorcycle industries. These balancing systems are available in different configurations: the standard version covers basic balancing tasks, while Type A includes a bench drill for material removal. Type B balancing machines add both a bench drill and a dust collection system, which is useful for high-volume production lines that require efficiency and cleanliness.
Applications
Vertical balancing machines are suitable for disc-shaped components used in different industries. They are commonly used for measuring and correcting unbalance in:
- Clutch balancing
- Flywheel balancing
- Gears balancing
- Brake disc balancing
- Pulley balancing
