Application
This series of hammer mill can be used to grind or crush different kinds of granular fed ingredients, including corn, sorghum grain, wheat, barley grain, beans, shredded cakes and more. It is a necessary piece of equipment for feed production lines.
Features
1.The feed ingredient grinding machine carries out rough and fine crushing of fibrous materials, high water content materials and crisp materials without any need to change the screen.

3. Our feed ingredient mill has a high production output and a low energy consumption. It produces very little vibration when working.
4.The use of a built-in crushing rotor increases the efficiency of the hammer mill by 25%.
5. The elastic screen mechanism prevents unwanted materials from mixing into the finished product.
6.A self-cleaning impeller feeding, magnetic separation belt feeding and other feeding methods are all available on this crushing equipment.
7.This feed grinder can be easily installed with a special material discharging system that supports material delivery via a blowing fan.
Structure and Working Principle
1.Our hammer mill is welded from steel plates. The crushing machine's electromotor and crushing rotor are mounted in the same base, and the grinding hammer plates are arranged in a symmetrical pattern.
2.The hammer grinding equipment uses pin coupling connected in a line for transmission. The rotor has passed a dynamic balance test and is able to work in reverse.
3. There is a safety interlock device on the operating door to guarantee the door can’t be opened when the rotor is spinning.
4.The feeding inlet is located at the top of the hammer mill and matches various types of feeding mechanisms.
