Electrical system
1. This electric powered forklift truck has dual drive motors and dual pump motors, enabling the drive axle, oil pump and steering gear to generate a higher torque output.
2. AC motor has carbon-free brush, commutator and other parts that need to be regularly replaced, making the internal working environment cleaner, prolonging the life of electronic devices, and significantly reducing the overall maintenance costs.
3. In addition, the developed and reliable Curtis branded AC controller can realize precise control on the vehicle towing and gantry lifting.
4. Depending on different working conditions, the motor controller of our electric forklift can be adjusted either manually or by the vehicle-mounted instrument panel, so as to perfectly achieve high efficiency and high performance.
5. Moreover, the function of regenerative brake can recharge the braking energy up to 30%, which is much higher than that of the DC motor and can effectively increase the continuous use of battery.
6. The oil pump of our fork truck is generally controlled by one pump motor; when the lifting needs large flow, the electric system will automatically activate a second pump motor based on the actual working conditions, avoiding unnecessary power consumption and extending battery life.
7. The entire electrical system is equipped with a power switch for emergency response. The high-level and high-performance AC motor is in horizontal design, which effectively lowers the installation location of the battery and increases the stability of the electric forklift.

Safe and comfortable operation
1. JAC electric forklift truck uses the advanced and ergonomic suspension seat, which is adjustable and has the function of shock absorption, allowing the operator to easily adjust the seat to the optimum position.
2. The operating handle has reasonable layout and brings easy control to help improve the production efficiency.
3. Large pedal on the accelerator and brake is designed to facilitate the acceleration, increase the comfort level and enhance the stable braking performance.
4. The instrument panel has large LCD display screen and can present some instant information about the vehicle; it also has the function of fault display, providing the maintenance staff with convenient fault diagnosis and shortening the time of troubleshooting.

Wide-view gantry
JAC electric forklift’s wide view gantry allows easy operation and ensures high reliability. The advanced welding technology ensures the precisely welded gantry; the anti-abrasion material reduces the friction and makes the gantry become more durable in use. The clean and tidy piping system is installed with a safety device to effectively reduce the pressure loss, thus, the gantry and cargos will be under control even if the pipeline ruptured.

Low Maintenance
1. The oil-cooled wet disc brake in the gearbox has the braking surface over five times larger than that of the shoe brake.
2. Enclosed sealing system is free from contamination and can adapt to high temperature, humid and corrosive environments; it requires no maintenance or adjustment.
3. The design of rear-mounted battery can better utilize the weight of the battery to reduce the weight of counterweight, but also facilitate the assembly and disassembly of battery.
4. The cab has large opening angle and provides greater space for maintenance. The AC pump motor is installed under the baseplate of the forklift truck, so as to further enhance the stability of the entire vehicle and make the repair and maintenance easier.
