How to maximally enjoy the benefits ofboth Finnish sauna and steam sauna?
1. To enjoy the benefits of the Finnish sauna
(1) Switch on the saunabeforehand, as the cabin needs preheating.
(2) Take a shower and dry yourself with towel before stepping into the cabin.
(3) Step into the Finnish sauna room and enjoy the first phase of sauna, abouteight to fifteen minutes.
(4) Step out of the sauna room and move around in a well-ventilated room.
(5) Then take a cold shower and relax yourself for a few minutes.
(6) Return to the Finnish sauna room and again enjoythe second phase of sauna, also about eight to fifteen minutes.
(7) Finally, take a rest for a few minutes while enjoying some drinks asrequired for re-hydration.
 
2. To enjoy the benefits of the steam sauna
(1) Take a shower first inthe steam room.
(2) Dry yourself with towel. At the same time switch on the steam generator.Steam sauna will be ready in 3~5 minutes.
(3) Enjoy the steam sauna, about eight to fifteen minutes.
(4) Take a shower again and relax yourself.
