Thrie-Beam Guardrail
Thrie-beam guardrails are composed of essentially two pieces of W-beam guardrail that are formed into one single piece. The galvanized rails can withstand larger impacts than the singular W-beam design and are therefore applied to areas that see higher concentrations of heavy vehicles and along bridges. Thrie-beam guardrails are excellent at reducing deflections and offer increased resistance to overturning vehicles.

Corrugated guardrails such as these are installed upon fixed supports and can be removed in the aftermath of a collision for replacement or o allow vehicle access that is not normally allowed. The steel allows vehicles to collide with rail safely with its pliability but it is not easily broken.
The regular sizes of the thrie-beam guardrail are:4320mmx506mmx85mmx3/4mm. The colors are: Galvanized silver, powder coating green, white, blue and so on.
The grades of collision avoidance grades of corrugated highway guardrails can be divided in to A-class and S-class. S-class guardrails are enhanced for the roadside of particularly dangerous road sections. A grade guardrails are for accommodation highways. The grades of collision avoidance grades of common roadside guardrails cam be divided into 5 classes: B, A, SB, SA and SS.
