Model LS is a six-screw conveyor comprising a drive unit, inlet port, support feet and saddles, cover, and conveyor housing where shaft end bearings and helix screw shafts are contained. The drive unit consists of a speed reducer, torque limiter and base.
The six-screw conveyor uses 6 fast spinning helix screw shafts to keep bulk material tumbled all while moving it forward along the axial direction. There various discharge points along the bottom of the housing where material exits the conveyor or it is discharged at the end of the conveyor housing. LS screw conveyor is simple structured, complete sealed and requires little maintenance to operate, suitable for performing extreme material handling duties.
