Angle Roll, W24S-30
Here is our W24S-30 angle roll which comes with three individually and hydraulically driven rollers and is suitable for bending the commonly used sections including round, square and rectangular steel tubing, as well as H, L and U sections, etc. The pipe bending machine is exactly what you need because of high efficiency, excellent bending precision and economy of materials.
Features of the Angle Roll
1. Two lower rolls can rotate in an arc around a fixed center. This enables the angle roll to pre-bend sections, with short straight section left, thus considerably saving material.
2. Equipped with displacement sensor, the position of two lower rollers can be precisely monitored and displayed on the panel. Display precision reaches ±0.15mm.
3. The angle roll bender is equipped with an independent control panel which provides outstanding flexibility in operation.
4. All three rollers are driven individually and hydraulically, and they can rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, making sure that sections can be bent at one stoke or many strokes.
5. Four cylinders are used to drive the two lateral guide rolls for forward-backward, up-down and left-right movements. This can avoid section's deformation and maximize bending accuracy.
6. All actions of the metal bending machine are driven by hydraulic motors and cylinders, ensuring that it can implement symmetrical and non-symmetrical bending with the highest precision.
7. The hydraulic angle roll comes in horizontal and vertical operations.
8. Tooling can be customized based on your sections. All tooling will go through hardening and tempering treatment, reaching a surface hardness of HRC45-55.
9. Stand-alone hydraulic power pack is connected to the profile bender by hydraulic pipes.
10. Different combinations of tooling provide capability of bending different profiles. Angle steels, flat steels, square pipes and rectangular pipes can share one group of tooling.
