EZJ Centrifugal Slurry Pump
EZJ centrifugal slurry pump is developed by our company in use of the theory of modern fluid mechanics, modern machine theory and software design techniques combined with user feedback and experience. It is characterized by convenient selection, wide coverage of performance and working conditions, complete types and so on.
This centrifugal slurry pump features innovative in hydraulic design and structure design. Produced by self developed alloyed cast iron with high chromium, our flow passage components possess such features as abrasion and corrosion resistance, high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reliable operation, reasonable structure, small vibration, low noise, convenient maintenance and so on.
By use of double casing structure, our centrifugal slurry pump is easy to replace the flow passage components. Considering the pressure needs, the outer pump adopts ductile cast iron or gray cast iron, while the inner pump utilizes high chromium abrasion resistant cast iron or cast steel.
In addition, there are three types of centrifugal slurry pump designed, including single stage type, single suction type and centrifugal type. According to structure style, it can be divided into EZJ series horizontal type and EZJL series vertical type.
