Features
The IQF fluidized tunnel freezer is designed for Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) products. Products move on the belt using a mechanical vibration and air pressure, thus preventing them from sticking to the belt or to each other.
The finished product’s center temperatures reaches -18°C.
The insulation board is made of polyurethane (PU) with a stainless steel cover.
The surface and mesh belt are made entirely of stainless steel SUS304, which is easy to clean and meets HACCP standards.
The belt speed is adjustable from the control panel.
The alarm system ensures a safe operation.
