SF Series

IQF Spiral freezer is a highly efficient freezing device with large capacity and small floor space. It is mainly used for bread fermentation and cooling, as well as for the quick freezing of aquatic products, pastries, meat, poultry, bagged seasonings, dairy products, ice cream, and other foods. Depending on the number of rotary drums, spiral freezer is available in two forms: the DFS single-drum spiral freezer and the SSF double-drum spiral freezer.

  • The conveyor belt adopts SUS304 high-strength stainless steel spiral mesh, ensuring a durable service life.
  • The evaporator is made of industrial aluminum alloy or stainless steel material with good heat exchange performance.
  • The quick-freezing machine is equipped with a conveyor turnover sensor, a belt regulation sensor, an automatic belt tensioner, and a scram switch.
  • The electrical control cabinet is made of SUS304 stainless steel material. If necessary, the operation interface is optional in PLC touch screen mode.

Features

The insulation body of the freezer is made of double-sided stainless steel polyurethane sandwich panels, and the internal polyurethane is injected and foamed with a high-pressure foaming machine imported from abroad.

The cages, brackets, and guide rails are all made of stainless steel. The parts that come into contact with the conveyor belt are made of high molecular polyethylene anti-friction material. This ensures stable structure and the reliable operation.

The spiral freezer uses a high-strength spiral-specific great wall mesh belt, which has a smooth and attractive surface and a long service life. The belt has internal contraction properties, and there are edge guards on both sides of the chain plates to prevent materials from slipping off easily.

The evaporator adopts a three-inlet, three-outlet welding design to enhance refrigeration efficiency. The fins are designed with variable fin spacing to ensure continuous and efficient freezing.

The ventilation system adopts axial flow fans with fully enclosed, low-temperature resistant, moisture-proof, and waterproof motors. It is efficient, energy-saving, low-noise, and operates smoothly. The motor blades are made of anti-rust aluminum alloy, and the fan casing and protective cover are made of stainless steel. The air circulation is smooth, resulting in excellent freezing effects.
