1. Base
Heavy-duty base framing is constructed of tubular steel that is welded, precision machined by gantry milling machine and stress relived by vibration equipment. The gantry supports are of reinforced construction that allows the foundation to remain rigid over the operational life of the CNC stone router.

2. CNC Controller
PC-based controller of this CNC stone router features a user-friendly interface that allows operators to maintain control over the routing and engraving process via a computer. Differential signal input and output ensures smooth signal transmission without interruption. Other desirable features include power failure protection, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent pre-fetch, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint continuation and block skip, etc.

3. Servo Motor
AC Servo motor for smoother motion control and triple working speed, requiring no regular maintenance.

4. Moving Tank
The tank supplies coolants.

5. Water Cooled Spindle
Quality 4.5kw water-cooled spindle of CNC stone router performs powerfully and stably. We offer different spindle options: 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz, 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz, or 380V-3Phase-50-60Hz. Router tools come in a variety of diameter, such as 3.175mm,4mm,6mm,8mm and 12.7mm.

6. Linear Guide
THK 30mm linear guide of CNC stone router is an ultra heavy-duty type guide rail available with a deep grooved raceway in diameter very close to that of steel balls that run on it. High rigidity, vibration and shock resistance are typical properties that suit the linear guide for heavy-load engraving applications. THK guide rail is mounted on the upper surface of the steel pipes for greater load-bearing capacity and steadier motion.

7. Gear Rack and Pinion
Drive system X, Y and Z axis uses rack and pinion assembly carefully installed and calibrated by seasoned workers with specialized instruments, which assures smooth motion and long term reliability.

8. Contact Rollers
They are high-strength, wear-resistant rollers which help you load heavy stones easily.

9. Electrical Cabinet
Housed in a mobile, double-door electrical enclosure are neatly wired electrical components that connect the CNC stone router to the power supply. Each wire is tagged to allow operators to easily identify all electrical parts when servicing is required.

10. Central Lubricator
Central lubricator makes it easier to lubricate the guide rail easily. Just pull the lubricator gently and oil will go where it is needed.

11. Photoelectric Limit Switch
More sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch, maintenance-free for long term use.

12. Mist Sprayer
The mist sprayer jets out cooling oil from all directions to ensure the router tool and material being machined are effectively lubricated and cooled.
