QT9-15 Automatic Block Making Machine
With an ability to pound out 18000 blocks per day, model QT9-15 automatic block making machine is undoubtedly one of the most productive equipment available on the market. The brick machine can be either used as a standalone device or integrated into an automatic brick production line.
Great production capability, high production efficiency and a large vibratory table have already made this automated brick making machine an ideal option for brick and block suppliers around the world. Built with many industry-leading technologies, the automatic block making machine features a multi-source vibration system that provides multiple sources of vibration as well as allows for free adjustment of amplitude.
High frequency vibration helps level out the concrete mix in the mold, reduces the need of compaction, and ultimately ensures the finished block has uniform density and strength. Reliable, fast, and easy to operate, it’s no wonder that model QT9-15 automatic block making machine could become one of NOAH’s best-selling block machines.
Features of QT9-15 Automated Block Making Machine
1. Movements of the multi-source vibration system are synchronized. Vibration frequency is adjustable to specific manufacturing process. Material is discharged into the mold at a low frequency of vibration while it is compacted in the mold at a high vibration frequency. Free frequency adjustment enables the machine to achieve the best manufacturing results.
2. Computerized fault diagnosis system allows fast fault identification. Remote control system makes it easier to monitor, control, and troubleshoot the manufacturing process.
3. All key components, such as PLC system and hydraulic system, are purchased from well-known specialized factories to guarantee durability.
4. Special material storage system is available with a storage hopper that moves back and forth to clean up the remaining material in the feeder hopper. The storage system ensures accurate feeding of concrete material, which results in high density concrete blocks.
5. An oscillating hopper, coupled with the arch collapse feature, creates a strong centrifugal force to discharge the concrete mix in a fast manner. These features really come in handy when you are making perforated bricks.
6. This automatic concrete block production line is an excellent choice for high-end customers. With a slight amendment by adding precision configurations, this automatic block making machine can make very high-profile systems.
