Temperature Test Chamber
60 Years Delivering Reliable Temperature Testing Solutions
Temperature test chambers create consistent high-temperature conditions to evaluate how products handle heat exposure over time. They are essential tools for stress screening, accelerated aging studies, and service life verification. In practice, these chambers help confirm whether materials and components can maintain performance and reliability when operating in dry, elevated temperatures. They also play an important role in failure analysis by replicating extreme thermal environments. Our temperature test chambers are widely used across sectors such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing, supporting quality control and research requirements.

- All components are built with high-quality, reliable materials that help extend service life and keep maintenance needs low, making the chamber a dependable choice even for demanding applications.
- The test chamber features a carefully engineered structure with excellent insulation and thermal stability. It delivers precise temperature control and maintains consistent conditions throughout each test.
During drying tests, the adjustable air damper allows pressure inside the chamber to be increased as needed. This helps improve drying efficiency and also enhances the chamber’s ability to handle higher thermal loads during testing.
The chamber uses a horizontal air circulation system that ensures uniform heating of all samples. The shelving can be adjusted in height to accommodate different test setups and make loading easier.
The temperature test chamber is equipped with multiple safety features to ensure reliable operation. These include a leakage circuit breaker for power protection, fuses for control circuit short-circuit protection, upper and lower temperature limit alarms, an overtemperature cutoff, and protective terminals for test sample power connections.
Samples can be powered through dedicated control terminals. When the chamber is operating normally, the contacts remain closed to supply power. If the test chamber stops or a fault occurs, the contacts automatically open to cut off the power and protect the samples from potential damage.
- Uses a proprietary PID control algorithm that delivers high accuracy while improving energy efficiency.
- Equipped with a 7-inch LCD display with large, easy-to-read characters. The control system offers three operating modes: local control, remote control, and timed operation.
