Features
- The non-extrusion time (dead cycle) is shorter, the non-extrusion time is reduced by about 15%, enhancing production efficiency.
- The short-stroke extrusion press can increase the billet length by 20%-80%, or even double it for greater production capacity.
- The billet laterally feeding mechanism is controlled by servo motor, which makes the entire billet loading process time shorter, and the positioning is more accurate and stable.
- The pre-stressed frame (tie rods) structure can eliminate the instability of extrusion caused by stress changes during the breakthrough and extrusion process of the press.
- The tie rods and main cylinder is shorter, reduce the idle stroke time and boost production efficiency.
- The container is heated by sticking-directly type heating tube, with shorter heating time, lower energy consumption, and easier maintenance.
- Minimizes hydraulic oil usage, lowering costs and promoting environmentally friendly aluminum profile production.
