The precision profile extrusion line is a machine line can manufacture profile products made from PVC, PP, PE, PS, PC, ABS and PMMA materials to fulfill various market needs. This profile extrusion line adapts to different characteristics of different materials in order to increase the production efficiency.
Kingswel precision profile extrusion lines cover single screw extruders, twin screw extruders, and different types of dies as well as all other components. All parts are either supplied separately or as a complete extrusion line with any level of automation. All components and automatic systems are engineered to maximize savings on materials, energy and costs, without compromising on quality.
Features
The precision profile extrusion line is equipped with a Kingswel single or twin screw extruder. It easily meets the processing needs of PVC, PP, PE, PS, PC, ABS and PMMA materials.
With an optimized design tooling, precise fabrication, and high quality materials, it can be matched with a double or multi-position puller and cutter to achieve a dual or multi-strange extrusion in a single die.
The profile extruder features a 3D adjustable vacuum calibrating unit, optimized vacuum switch, flow switch, and multiple die choices.
The dynamic balance is a caterpillar type haul off, and features a frequency conversion/DC speeding, and a stable, convenient operation.
The cutter uses a professionally designed saw blade, controlled by a PLC system for a smooth flat cut.
This precision extrusion line also features an optimized length counter and dust collection configuration.
