General Features of the RF Press
1. The radio frequency heats only the glue line, making the radio frequency gluer efficient, fast and energy saving. The RF edge gluer can complete the gluing of one panel in as little as 3 minutes at a rate of 0.5-1.0kWh. (This rate is taken based on panels 2440x1220 mm wide and 20-30mm thick).
2. Finished wood panels processed by this RF press retain flat states, keeping material usage low.
3. The glue used in our RF press can also be used in different ways because it is water based.
4. The high radio frequency can kill insect and bacteria, making it environmentally friendly.
