Description
The GL3015F dual work table fiber laser cutting machine is designed with a gantry double-drive structure, featuring good rigidity and stable operation. It is mainly applied to cut plates.
It features an IPG fiber laser generator with high electro-optical conversion rate and low operating cost. Taking optical fiber transmission for optical path, it is easy to use and economical to maintain.

- After installation of the transmission parts, the precision of the fiber laser cutting machine is measured by laser interferometer. At the condition of tested precision satisfied, and through control system for data optimization and compensation, the laser equipment is guaranteed with high cutting precision within the whole stroke.
- Equipped with exchangable dual worktable that while one worktable cuts the workpiece, the other can complete its loading and unloading jobs.
- The laser machinery is installed with large safety protective housing and full-closed top cover, which can effectively prevent human body from being hurt by laser diffuse reflection and powder generated in laser cutting process.
- The laser machine is equipped with camera and display to facilitate users to observe and track cutting process at any time.
- The laser equipment is standardly configured with assisted low pressure oxygen cutting system. It is mainly applied to cut carbon steel plates. Employing Japanese SMC high-precision proportional valve for auto control of cutting gas pressure, the control precision is high and the gas output is stable.
