This shipbuilding plate roll is special machine combines the functions of plate bending machine and press brake, mainly designed for bending plates used in shipbuilding industry. The plate roll machine is hydraulic driven and electro-hydraulic controlled, capable of accomplishing the processes of rolling steel plate into half-cylinder or conical shape for shipbuilding.
Features
- The vertical movement of the top roller is hydraulically driven, the lower rollers is driven by hydraulic motors via planetary gear transmission units that are directly coupled on the roll, greatly reducing load loss.
- The operation pressure of hydraulic cylinder is 31.5MPa.
- Several sets of support rolls are adopted to support upper roller in order to avoid deflection.
- The two lower rollers are also supported by several sets of support rolls.
- Designed with anti-slip function, each motor has an instantaneous brake for accurate stopping of roll rotation under operation condition.
- The plate bending machine is controlled by NC control system, equipped with motion sensor to monitor the vertical movement of upper roller, the work motion of upper roller will directly be showed on LCD display.
