The 3 rolls plate roll is a hydraulic plate bending machine used for rolling of flat sheet metal to create various large size cylindrical items such as road or railway tankers, oil pipes, and pressure vessels.

- SIEMENS industrial touch screen is adopted, and coupled with PLC to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Upper roller can move vertically and horizontally, configured with anti-slip function.
- Two lower rolls are driven by motor and reducer during rolling process.
- Lower rolls remain the same height, it facilitates feeding and operation.
- Hydraulic components are from Japan YUKEN.
- Tilting frame is hydraulically operated, providing fast running and high efficiency.
- Upper roll adopts hydraulic transmission for vertical movement and mechanical transmission for horizontal movement.
- Upper roll has pressure relief valve to provide overload protection.
- High quality electric elements and various protection devices for short circuit, open circuit, leakage and overload are used to guarantee a safe operation.
- Tilting and resetting of tilting cylinder is protected by limit switch.
- Control unit has an emergency stop button to enable the machine to be stopped immediately, allowing operator to stop the operation when any failure occurs, thus to protect the safety of both operator and equipment.
