The automatic flatbed die cutting & creasing machine with stripping is an innovative solution that integrates both die cutting and waste removal into a single process. After die cutting, the built-in stripping unit efficiently and precisely removes even the smallest waste edges or larger excess pieces from the finished product. This dual-functionality is particularly advantageous when producing high-end products like luxury gift boxes, where appearance and precision are paramount. By consolidating two processes into one, it reduces labor costs and significantly boosts operational efficiency.

The machine is equipped with a high-precision intermittent mechanism, featuring pneumatic quick-lock, pneumatic clutch, overload protection, and electric pressure adjustment, ensuring smooth and reliable high-speed operation. Additionally, it incorporates a variety of practical features to maximize productivity, including a pre-coded paper system, auxiliary paper feed, variable-speed feeding system, automatic auxiliary paper collection system, pneumatic sampling, timed lubrication system, and forced air cooling for the main drive’s lubrication.       Equipped with a high-precision four-suction, five-feed roller system, this feeder is designed to handle thin paper and various materials such as paperboard and corrugated cardboard. It ensures smooth paper feeding even under high-speed conditions. The integrated gantry-style pre-loading system, with its alternating main and auxiliary feed tables, enables continuous, non-stop production.

    1. Feeding Table

      The feeding system utilizes an imported conveyor belt to ensure stable sheet movement. An optional vacuum feeding system ensures smooth operation, especially when handling thinner materials, providing enhanced stability, control and consistent feeding performance.

    1. Die-Cutting Station

      This station is equipped with an electric pressure adjustment system, ensuring precision during die cutting. It also features a safety protection system for the die-cutting plate frame and includes a torque overload protection mechanism for added safety and stability.

    1. Micro-Adjustment Mechanism

      The micro-adjustment mechanism allows for quick and easy alignment of the cutting plate, improving efficiency and ensuring precise die cutting by reducing setup time.

    1. Waste Removal/Stripping System

      The three-frame (top, middle, and bottom) stripping design delivers stable and precise motion. Users can select between pin-type or template-based waste removal, depending on the job requirements. The center-positioned stripping template ensures quick and accurate changeovers, smooth operation, and precise alignment.

    1. Delivery Station

      The delivery station uses a combination of brush and rear air-blowing systems to ensure stable paper alignment. The electric auxiliary delivery enables non-stop production, while the pneumatic sampling function allows for on-the-fly quality checks. An optional tab insertion counting function is available for added convenience.

    1. Vacuum Pump

      The German-engineered BECKER vacuum pump, combined with internationally recognized electrical and drive components (such as ABB, SMC, iWiS, Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Fuji Electric, IDEC, Yaskawa, OMPI, and BECKER), guarantees die-cutting accuracy and reliable performance.
