The integrated, gantry-style pre-loading system, featuring alternating main and auxiliary feed tables, guarantees uninterrupted, non-stop production.

      Utilizes an imported flat conveyor belt to guarantee stable and accurate sheet transport. An optional vacuum feeding system further enhances stability, especially when handling thin paper, ensuring smooth and consistent feeding.

    1. Foil Stamping and Die Cutting Unit

      Features a deformation-resistant, heat-resistant cast iron honeycomb plate and a gap-free ball screw pressure adjustment device for precise control. With 20 independently controlled heating zones, the system maintains a stable foil stamping plate temperature, ensuring balanced and rapid temperature response for optimal foil stamping results.

    1. Micro-Adjustment Mechanism

      Enables quick and accurate alignment of the bottom mold/die alignment, improving overall efficiency and ensuring precise die cutting.

    1. Longitudinal Foil Feeding System

      Incorporates a three-shaft high-position foil feeding system with an extendable, retractable foil rack for fast foil replacement. The transverse two-shaft servo foil feeding system with tear detection enhances accuracy and efficiency.

    1. Longitudinal Aluminum Foil Rewinding System

      Features an external longitudinal roller collection system for aluminum foil, facilitating efficient scrap recovery and reuse.

      Uses a brush and rear air-blowing system to maintain stable paper alignment.
