Cangzhou Mingzhu's PE pipe production lines are from internationally known companies, and are equipped with online meters for weight control and wall thickness measurement systems. We produce pipes in large diameters up to 1200mm. Each PE pipe fitting meets British gas industry standards, as does the coating line for electric melting pipe fittings. The coating line is characterized by its wide range and easy construction of pipe diameters. Our current production of PE pipes has led to the production of more than 3,000 different types, with one of the largest diameters of the tubing reaching 450mm.
Our pipe research and testing center has obtained China National Accreditation Committee laboratory CNAS approval. The testing center is outfitted with equipment from IPT and Netzsch, MTS, Dorset ram, and Mitsubishi as well as other internationally known testing equipment manufacturers. Our testing facility is equipped with the world's largest diameter detection equipment, with the testing diameter at 400mm.
Product Features
-Electrofusion hot wire pre-coating processes are used to maximize the prevention of oxidation of the electric wire and prevent short circuiting during the installation process.
-PE fittings meet the following standards: GB15558.2 / GB / T13663.2 / EN1555.3 / EN12201.3 / ISO8085 / ISO4427.3 / GIS PL2-4
-The PE100 pipe fittings are widely used for gas transmission and distribution (pressure rating up to 0.7MPa) as well as for water supply and distribution (pressure up to 1.6MPa).
-The PE80 pipe fittings are widely used for gas transmission and distribution (pressure rating up to 0.5MPa), as well as for water supply and distribution (pressure up to 1.25MPa).
- The welding voltage is 40V, and the bar code on the tube gives the best in welding parameters for easy installation.
