Bag closing head for stitching paper bags, plastic woven bags and jute bags
Automatic bag sewing heads with single-needle, double-thread chain stitch are designed to reduce manual work during bag closing. They start and stop automatically and include an automatic trimming system that cuts both the thread chain and the paper tape with a clean 50 mm cut. This helps operators work faster and maintain a consistent finish. These bag sewers are commonly used in grain, chemical and port packaging lines to close paper sacks, jute bags and woven plastic packaging with steady speed and reliable performance.
