Features

The tablet press exterior is completely enclosed and constructed from stainless steel, fulfilling GMP standards and ensuring durability and ease of cleaning.
Equipped with clear windows that allow operators to monitor the pressing process. These windows can also be opened to facilitate easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
Capable of exerting high pressure, this machine can handle the production of large-sized tablets as well as small batches of various shapes, including round, irregular, and annular tablets.
All controls and devices are conveniently located on one side of the tablet press, enhancing operational ease. It includes an overload protection unit to safeguard the punches and machinery from damage during overload conditions.
Features an oil-immersed lubrication system within a fully-enclosed worm gear drive, which not only extends the service life of the components but also prevents cross-contamination.
