Based on the extensive experience in the footwear materials, we developed and manufactured TPU extrusion coating line specially used for the manufacture of heel counters and toe puffs material. The processed materials feature fast elastic recovery, good adhesion, and excellent shape retention, making it especially suitable for making high-end women's shoes.

Features

The extrusion coating line comes with a T-die (coater die) that is designed with CAD/CAM/CA, and processed with CNC machines.
Coating width can be easily adjusted by rotating the hand wheel.
Specifically configured compression ratio of the screw and mixing mechanism in the extruder well adapt to the TPU based hot melt adhesives.
The advanced hydraulic screen changer provides no adhesive leak and easy operation.
The extruder can be adjusted in three directions.
The screw barrel is manufactured with special steel, and undergo hardened treatment, ensuring high rigidity without deformation.
