Frozen Meat Dicing Machine
Meat Processing Equipment
The frozen meat dicing machine is designed for cutting semi-frozen bone-in meats such as chicken and duck ribs. The meat dicing machine overcomes the common drawbacks of traditional cutters, which produce excessive noise and vibration, and eliminates restrictions on product width and height. The machine features an adaptive feed press which automatically adjusts to irregular material dimensions, ensuring uniform appearance and precise cubes formation in a single pass.
The feeding mechanism, cutting blades, and feed press can be quickly disassembled for cleaning. Meat and bone debris, as well as wastewater, are efficiently discharged through outlets. During operation, the dicing machine generates no harmful gases or electromagnetic radiation, and noise levels remain below national environmental standards.

- Wide cutting slot with high stroke, suitable for dicing large bone-in meats (maximum width 300 mm, height 70 mm). Custom models are available for special requirements. Can process chicken, duck, goose, and pork ribs (must be semi-frozen at no less than -5°C). Maximum output reaches 300 kg/h.
- Adjustable cutting thickness; the integrated blade assembly produces uniform cubes measuring 25 mm wide and 15–25 mm long.
- All moving parts are protected with stainless-steel guards to ensure safe operation.
