The whole EU streamlined design, heat treatment structure, high rigidity worktable, and optionally mechanical crowning device all contribute to precision bending.
Hydraulic synchronous control and NC programmable logic controller ensure accurate repeatability and ease of use.
Integrated hydraulic system (Bosch Rexroth Germany) allows for automatically switching to slow bends in a quick way.
X axis and Y axis realize accurate positioning function by frequency converter through NC E21 system programming control.
Modern hydraulic control technology offers more stable machine tools and more reliable operations.
The optimal parameters and core configuration ensure stable performance and convenient operation.
WC67K standard single-axis back gauge system and single-axis bending angle system both are available. You can choose to add the V-axis crowning function, and select the appropriate mold for the bending of complex shape workpieces.
