Our dual-purpose mould temperature controller utilizes water or oil as a heat transfer medium, offering versatile temperature control solutions for plastic processing. This flexibility makes it suitable for various production requirements, enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.

  • Uses water or oil as the heat medium, achieving temperatures up to 90°C with water and 160°C with oil.
  • Employs a full digital P.I.D. control system, maintaining accuracy within ±0.5°C (0.9°F) for consistent processing.
  • Equipped with switchable heating power options, allowing for 3kW, 6kW, or 9kW settings to adapt to different operational needs.
  • Features pump reversal for air purging and negative pressure operation to ensure system reliability.
  • Includes phase reversal protection, pump overload, over-temperature protection, and low liquid level alarms for enhanced safety.
  • Comes with an RS485 communication interface for integration with central monitoring systems, facilitating remote management and control.
