Internal Climbing Tower Crane
QTZ10 internal climbing tower crane consists of metal structures, transmission mechanism, electrical controllers and safety protection devices. As a high-level slewing tower crane, the small crane comes with a horizontal beam, which is as long as 6m. The total installed capacity of this tower crane reaches 4.4kW.
The whole internal climbing tower crane is fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation through its framework. Further, the top end of the tower body is attached to the lower turntable. The lower turntable's upper surface is then connected to the outer ring of the slewing bearing, while components fasten to the inner ring include upper turntable, tower head, balance arm, jib, and hook, hoisting mechanism and slewing mechanism. Each of these components is able to fully swing 540 degrees in its own horizontal plane revolving around of the tower's shaft axis.
