Characteristics 1. Decoiled steel sheet features a lightweight construction. Its density ranges from 10 to 14kg/m2, which is only one thirtieth of a brick wall. 2. Its thermal coefficient is greater than or equal to λ≤0.041w/mk, which contributes to its excellent thermal insulation. 3. It also features high strength, impact resistance, bending resistance, compression resistance, aging resistance and deformation resistance. It can work as enclosure bearing structure with ceilings. 4. It is easy to install. Therefore, the construction period can be reduced by over 40 percent.
Applications Our decoiled steel sheet is extensively applied for roofing and siding of houses and construction of electrical cabinets and production of shells of household appliances. It is often seen in many areas such as the construction industry, household appliance industry, vehicle and vessel manufacturing industry and electromechanical industry.
Production Process There are 30 employees and two decoiling machines in the metal sheet workshop. All the employees have been working in the industry for more than 5 years. The daily output of decoiled steel sheet is greater than 200 tons.
Testing Room Coating is conducted strictly in accordance with customer requirements and the tolerance range is controlled within /-10g. The tensile strength will be inspected carefully as well and the qualification rate is greater than 99 percent.
