Applications

Butyl 4,4-di(tert-butylperoxy) valerate serves as a highly efficient vulcanizing agent, widely recognized for its excellent scorch resistance. At a processing temperature of 125°C, the material demonstrates a rheology time of 20 minutes, and at 160°C, it cures within 12 minutes. It is frequently employed in the cross-linking of EVA and the modification of elastomers, making it a critical component in producing high-performance rubber materials, such as seals and soundproofing components.

  • Packaging

Available in 20 kg corrugated boxes as standard, with customized packaging options to meet specific customer requirements.

  • Validity

When stored under the manufacturer’s recommended conditions, the product retains its quality for up to six months.
