Brief Description
The QL type suspension crane is specially designed with a spreader beam and several magnetic lifters. It comes with two types of structure, one is that the handing beam is in parallel with the main girder and another one is that the spreader beam is vertical to the main girder.
This electromagnetic crane is a heavy lift crane employing a long spreader beam that is equipped with hooks or magnetic lifters as its lifting mechanism. Due to such design, this special type of overhead crane is widely used for lifting and transporting long objects with high working efficiency.
Specifically, this heavy duty material handling equipment is mainly used for lifting and transporting steel billet, cylinder and other long materials. It has become an ideal product for material handling in workshops, warehouses and plants. In addition, this type of overhead traveling crane can also be applied to metallurgy, mining and engineering industry as well as all transportation industry.
It is because of the special configurations that YUNTIAN QL type suspension crane can be so popular recently in the industries mentioned above. That is, this industrial lifting equipment consists of girder, crane traveling mechanism, hoist trolley traveling mechanism, electric hoist, spreader beam and magnetic lifters. The motors for crane traveling and hoist trolley traveling boast extremely large starting torque and loading capacity.
Ambient Temperature Conditions
1. This suspension crane is powered by a three-phase A.C. power supply of 380V/50Hz.
2. The range of operating ambient temperature is from -25 ℃ to 40 ℃.
3. Relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature is 40℃.
