Description
The QC12K series NC hydraulic shearing machine with swing beam is equipped with an economical CNC shear special system, and the back gauge uses imported ball screws and a linear guideway.

Functions and features

The frame of the shear machine is entirely welded with steel plates, and treated through a tempering process in order to relieve stress
The hydraulic dive and return stroke are both smooth and fast thanks to the accumulator, and are easy to manipulate for a reliable performance.
The portable and prompt adjustment of the blades gap and the value of gap are displayed on a digital display screen, making adjustment easy and fast.
Equipped with lighting-alignment for strict shearing alignment. The knife beam stroke can be adjusted in a stepless mode.
Protection fence to ensure operation safety.
On the rear, there is a simple plate to facilitate material sliding

Basic configuration of NC hydraulic shearing machine

Sealing parts of the cylinder: Imported from VALQUA japan, FIETZ Germany.
Cylinders: Made in china. Surface of the piston is chromium plated.
Hydraulic system uses imported BOSCH-RexROTH parts.
Oil pump: gear pump made in China
Electrical system: Most of the parts in the electrical cabinet are imported from SCHNEIDER, OMRON.
Control system uses ESTURN E200 System.
Painting: Dutch imported paint.
The drive element of the back uses an imported ball screw and linear guideway.
