Features
- The furnace adopts a three-chamber vertical layout, enabling continuous and efficient precision casting.
- A tilting isolation valve controls the connection and separation between the melting chamber and casting chamber, while a slide valve manages the connection between the melting chamber and the feeding/temperature measurement chamber.
- The melting and precision casting processes are conducted under a vacuum environment created by mechanical pumps and oil diffusion pumps, ensuring the purity and consistency of the alloys.
- The filling, temperature measurement, and mold loading processes are controlled via vacuum valves, maintaining the integrity of the vacuum environment during operations.
- The pulling system ensures that the high-temperature alloy melt moves smoothly and without vibration, ensuring the efficient completion of processes such as remelting, refining, casting, and solidification.
