Rotary Slotter
The rotary slotter machine rolls the corrugated board and paper into the line slotting machine. It features a Facer paperboard blank slotting, a rolling line, and several trimming process all rolled into one piece of production equipment. Its main feature is the single board hand feeding, and general curl cartons can be used.
Features
1.The rotary slotter machine uses a press line in front, and slotting behind. It is easy and fast to clean away paper scraps and change/make adjustments to the machine.
2.The phase adjustment is electrically carried out, in a digital 360º manner, shown on the dial. It is adjustable during the working process and stopping process, which improves the working efficiency.
Slotting and Die Cutting
Adjustment for knife seat slotting:
Before the cardboard is sent to the knife seat, ensure there is axial distance to the knife seat.
Install the slotting and cutting knife
The make the cutter head consistent, there are two knives on the cutting head, one of which is fixed on the sign”0”. The other is axial adjustable to the box height. The blade head needs to be opposite the center of the cardboard.
Install the cutting knife
The knie seat is installed on the cutter head. Open the fixed bolt, and manually adjust the driving shaft. Check to make sure the knife installation is correct, then close the fixed bolt.
Cutting and Creasing
The cutting knife and creasing module are installed on both the upper and lower shaft, to ensure the distance and position are to the cardboard specifications. The knife seat and iron wires are also on the module.
