Features and Uses
1. Our CNC drilling and milling center realize three-axis linkage depending on the GSK980MDc CNC system and servo motor.
2. Equipped with a rotary type tool magazine holding 12 cutters, the machining center is able to perform drilling, milling, boring and rigid tapping etc.
3. The tool magazine is fitted with high strength nylon cutter claws which come with great interchangeability and will not harm hilt and spindle.
4. Geneva mechanism ensures that each cutter keeps accurate centering with the spindle.
5. The CNC drill and mill center uses adjustable pneumatic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder to conduct double buffering. This ensures small impact and realizes rapid feed and slow stop.
6. It is provided with a superior proximity switch imported from Germany for cutter spacing test, ensuring no disordered cutter.
7. The CNC mill drill features a crank type automatic protection door which ensures flexible opening and closing, combined with low noise, great effect on protecting guides from chips, and eye-catching appearance.
