Similar to the light duty option, our medium duty slurry pump is also designed based on the design concept of concrete pump. It can also carry materials with large particle size and high thickness. This type of eco-friendly slurry pump has found wide application in the projects of river channel cleanout, internal lake bottom cleanout, tailings backfill, etc.

1. The slurry pump uses S shaped pipe valve as its distribution valve, which guarantees outstanding sealing performance and long service life.
2. Floating wear ring comes with automatic wear compensating function.
3. It is driven by hydraulic system that ensures high energy conversion efficiency.
4. Reverse pumping capability can prevent against pipe blocking.
5. Automatic centralized lubricating system extends service life of moving parts.
6. Electrical components of this sludger are controlled by PLC, ensuring high integration level and ability of remote control.
7. This slurry pump features ultra high transport efficiency. To be specific, it can handle 40-150m3 slurry per hour.
8. It can transport slurry that contains a small amount of materials with a grain size of 30-50mm. Pasty materials output from the hydraulic pump set are unnecessary to be dehydrated.
9. The delivery pipe of our medium duty slurry pumps differs in pipe pressures. The largest pressure reaches 180kg which is enough to deliver materials up to over 3000m both horizontally and vertically.
