2. Floating wearing ring can automatically compensate wear.
3. The waste pump is driven by a hydraulic system which ensures high energy conversion efficiency.
4. Reverse pumping function can effectively prevent pipe blocking.
5. This type of slurry pump comes with an automatic centralized lubrication system, ensuring long durability of moving parts.
5. PLC control system for electrical parts enables high integration level and remote control capability.
6. The sludge pump boasts high transport efficiency. It can transport 5-40m3 slurry per hour.
7. Our slurry pump can deliver materials with a particle size of 10mm-30mm. After pumped, the slurry with large particle size, high density and low water content will become pasty materials that can be directly used for incineration, backfill, etc.
8. According to different models, the pressure of transport pipe is different. The largest pressure is up to 180kg, which can meet the requirements for over 3000m horizontal handling and more than 3000m vertical handling.
9. We can tailor the optimal solution for customers depending on site conditions and construction technology. For example, we can add spiral feeding device, pipe lubricating system and others.
