Features
1. This slurry pump is designed with S shaped distribution valve that is greatly sealed and can serve for a long time.
2. It adopts floating wearing rings for automatic wear compensation.
3. Hydraulic system ensures high energy conversion efficiency.
4. Reverse pumping function makes this slurry pump free from the trouble of pipe blocking.
5. Automatic centralized lubrication system prolongs moving parts' service life.
6. Electrical parts are controlled by PLC system which features high integration level and supports remote control.
7. The heavy duty slurry pump can handle 150-500m3 sludge per hour.
8. It can be used to transport materials, part of which comes with a particle size of 50mm-150mm. Materials from the hydraulic pump need no dehydration.
9. The pressure of delivery pipe differs in pump models. The largest pressure reaches 180kg which is enough to deliver materials up to over 2500m horizontally and over 250m vertically.
10. We can customize the best slurry pump solution for customers according to their on site conditions and technology. For example, our pump can be designed into integrated and split structure, with options for installation on board or inside workshop, with diesel engine or electric motor, with vibrating screener or not, with external power source or not, etc.
Configurations
1.Power system
This Heavy Duty Slurry Pump introduces the 132kw or 194kw Cummins diesel engine, which cooperates with the oil pump rationally. It is very fuel efficient. Meanwhile, the German KTR coupling offers dependable transmission without any power loss.
2. Hydraulic system
Several master oil pumps and gear pumps are combined to form stable systems with open circuit. Multiple systems can work together or separately. The Rexroth, ATOS and other well-known hydraulic components are adopted with high universality and stable quality.
3. Electrical control system
Our Heavy Duty Slurry Pump also selects the Siemens S7-200 series of PLC that shows high reliability. The Schneider solid state replay is stable, dependable and durable. Additionally, the special stepping motor is mounted to control the rotation speed of the engine steadily.
4. Pumping system
The master cylinder with large bore and long stroke keeps high outlet pressure and fewer times of reversing. The extra large bore conveying cylinder with long stroke presents preeminent absorption of materials and low abrasion. The capacity of the 3m³ hopper can be increased to 20m³. With the materials under 20m³, the S valve can swing freely. Moreover, the mixing system is well sealed. Even though the seal comes with a failure, the slurry will be still prevented to enter the bearing and the mixing motor.
