Trailer Mounted Concrete Pump
Our trailer mounted concrete pump integrates mixing and delivering of concrete into one machine. It is able to quickly produce and then deliver concrete to a very high place. The trailer mounted concrete pump features easy operation. It is able to pump the mixed concrete to the floor you need simply after charging with the forklift, manual pouring into cement and connecting the pump line. In addition, the concrete pump is designed with wireless remote feature, which eliminates the use of a traditional control station. As a result, operation becomes much easier.
The key electric components of mobile concrete pump are all from international brands such as Schneider and Mitsubishi. Moreover, exclusive PLC intelligent control system is adopted to enable more reliable operation. The hydraulic system comes with fully hydraulic reversing open circuits to alleviate reversing impact. We make use of advanced S valve system and imported sealing elements to improve sealing effect and reduce the chance of plugging.
The trailer mounted concrete pump can be driven by either diesel engine or electricity, which means that if an appropriate power supply is available, it utilizes electricity, otherwise it works with diesel engine.
Double horizontal shaft used on the pump ensures high mixing speed. The pumping theoretical displacement reaches 40m3/h. The pumping height reaches 15 floors and the horizontal pumping distance is about 200m. The maximum pumping theoretical displacement is 90m3/h, which leads to high efficiency and further speed up construction.
