The JW-LCX6 continuous motion vertical form fill and seal machine with an integrated weigher is our least expensive, but features the highest cost to performance ratio. This system combined the multihead weigher with the VFFs machine, and is equipped with a servo motor controlled film stretching system and electro-optical tracking system to optimize the package size and color code positioning accuracy.
Compared to our other weighing and packing lines, The JW-LCX6 continuous motion line takes up less space, making it suitable for standard and small factories.
The machine will stop automatically and alert in the event of a malfunction or incorrect operation.
