ECDS series eddy current displacement sensor integrates signal processor and high-performance probe. The head of the probe is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) engineering plastic through injection molding process, which is resistant to high and low temperature and various chemicals. The probe housing is made of aluminum or SUS304 stainless steel, and the circuit board is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which is moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion, and the protection grade reaches IP67. With various options of signal output, this eddy current displacement sensor is widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, machinery and other industries. Applications

ECDS series eddy current displacement sensor is used to measure the axial displacement, radial vibration, especially for high speed rotating machinery such as large compressor unit, steam turbine, turbine units, fan, motor, pump and other equipment.
