Sand Production line
A sand production line usually consists of vibration feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand making machine, belt conveyor and centralized control system. It can be applied to process various minerals. Our sand production line has been successfully used in a sand making factory in Vietnam and a concrete mixing plant in Binzhou of Shangdong.
Our sand production line is highly automated. Hence, three operators are enough to handle everything in each shift. Except the time when stratup, stop of machines and routine maintenance are involved, almost no manual operation is required. The production line features high production efficiency, large capacity, low cost and high revenue. The capacity is ranging from 50 to 500 tons per hour. The total investment is just about one fifth to one third of a traditional production line with the same capacity. Then, the production cost per ton is reduced to one fourth to one third. Generally, it only takes about three months to earn back the investment capital with our production line. Further, our sand production line is able to ensure uniform particle, great particle shape and reasonable granular composition. The fineness modulus is adjustable. The finished product reaches up to national standards for construction aggregates.
