The stick pack VFFS machine is a vertical machine capable of metering, filling, bag forming, sealing, and cutting multiple stick packs. It features servo-driven film pulling, high-sensitivity photoelectric sensors, and PID temperature control, ensuring precise bag formation.

- PLC with control touchscreen can set and change the packing parameters. Daily production output and self-diagnostic machine error can be viewed directly from the screen
- PID temperature control monitors temperature within ±1℃
Applications
Power, liquid, cream and granule like sugar, coffee packed in a long narrow pouch. Packing for different materials can be accomplished by different dosing units.
