Description
Out heavy duty fully closed shutter exhaust fan, model DJF(A) industrial fan is produced in multiple types with blade diameter varying from 500mm to 1400mm for you to choose from, with a maximum air volume of 55800m3/min. The heavy-duty swung drop hammer mechanism realizes the automatic opening and closing of the shutter, enabling dust proof and waterproof effects. It is ideal ventilation and cooling equipment for animal husbandry industry, greenhouse industry and industrial workshops.
- Fan blade: high-strength anti-rust aluminum alloy plates, stainless steel thickness of 1.2mm;
- Frame: hot-dip galvanized steel plates with 275g/m²zinc coating

Blades are made from Krupp self-cleaning stainless steel through a stamping forming process that is beautiful in appearance and prevents dust accumulation. Specially enhanced fan-shape design allows for large and constant air volume, no deformation or breakage. The thickness is 1.2mm and the surface finish reaches BA grade.
The belt pulleys are all made from high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy through a die casting process that enables excellent corrosion resistance and lightweight performance. Special pulley design with three reinforced ribs, in combination with blast sanding surface treatment enhance the aesthetic extent and eliminate internal stress to effectively improve its own strength that it is not easily broken.
Both YUYUN SANHE motor and SIEMENS motor are available, with voltage and frequency customizable depending upon customers' needs. Motor protection level IP55, insulation grade F.
SANHE fans are all equipped with automatic belt tensioning device to improve transmission efficiency and guarantee excellent operation of the belt.
