Main Configuration
  • Feeding Unit
    Utilizes no-crush wheels and vacuum assistance to feed the cardboard smoothly, enhancing the appearance of the feed. The airflow can be adjusted according to the curvature of the cardboard
    Equipped with mechanisms for continuous or intermittent feeding and counting of cardboard sheets
    Features dual rubber rollers with grooves to prevent excessive pressure and ensure smooth feeding
    Equipped with a cylinder buffer system for precise feeding, especially useful when dealing with smaller feed gaps where cardboard hardness cannot be detected
    Includes a dust removal brush with an attached suction fan, adjustable based on the size of the cardboard
    Allows setting of production quantities, with an automatic alarm once the set quantity is reached
  • Printing Unit
    Uses gapless rollers that are surface-polished, balanced, and chrome-plated for smooth and stable operation
    Equipped with a quick-change plate system, controlled by a foot pedal switch for easy forward and reverse roller movement
    Self-locking structures for adjusting gaps between the feed roller, pressure roller, glue roller, and anilox roller
    Utilizes a pneumatic diaphragm pump for automatic ink circulation and water-based cleaning

  • Slotting & Creasing Unit
    Includes pre-press wheels to prevent the cardboard from cracking during the creasing process, ensuring a smooth finish
    Featuring a single roller with dual blades for efficient slotting, the carton height can be adjusted using a PLC system with electric input, with an optional touchscreen for easier control
    The slotting blades and creasing wheels are adjusted horizontally using an electric synchronization system, ensuring precise alignment and consistent results
    A collision prevention mechanism is included for height adjustment, protecting the flexo printer slotter from damage
    Made from alloy steel, the sawtooth-shaped slotting blades are heat-treated and ground for superior durability, sharpness, and precision
  • Die Cutting Unit
    The die cutting unit uses a PLC and electric 360° adjustment for the die-cutting phase. The system allows input of adjustment data based on errors and can be adjusted while the corrugated cardboard machine is running or stopped. An optional PLC with a touchscreen is available for easier control
    The gap adjustment between the rubber roller and die roller features a self-locking structure. It uses a cylinder for quick, wide-range adjustments, reducing rubber wear and extending the life of the rubber
  • Automatic Stacking Unit
    Features a chain drive for lifting and lowering the stacking platform
    The platform adjusts its angle according to the cardboard stack, and the lift motor includes an electric braking function to ensure precise positioning
    The unit can handle cardboard stacks up to a height of 1600mm
