Composition
The door frame of commercial steel wood door is made from steel. The door panels are made of a flexible wood material which provides security and beauty at the same time.
Material
Door frame: cold rolled steel sheets hot dipped galvanized with a thickness of 1.2mm-2.0mm;
Door panel: cold rolled steel sheets hot dipped galvanized with thickness of 0.8mm-1.0mm;
Filling material: the main body of the door core is a wooden fireproof frame which is filled with green, flame retardant, and heat-insulated fire-resistant perlite.
Installation
- After the steel door frame is fixed on the wall with bolts and screws, the cement mortar is filled in the frame. Then the wooden door is hung on the door frame and fixed with hinges and screws. This structure realizes the complementary advantages of the two materials of steel and wood. When compared to traditional wooden doors and steel commercial doors, the structure of commercial steel wood doors is more stable.
- The wood veneer is bidirectionally positioned and fastened from the two sides of the door with metal components. So the positioning is accurate and strong, and the installation is simple and beautiful.
- The material of the door frame can directly adopt the integral welded structure or the standardized detachable combined structure, which aids in fire prevention while still looking decorative. Therefore commercial steel wood doors have the advantages of high precision, easy installation and transportation.
- The door casing can be buckled after the door frame and door panel have been installed. It’s convenient to install and disassemble.
